[ ]~Rules etc.~
You MUST come here and read the rules before even thinking about making a character. It would be helpful if you read the other threads too.

[ ]~Creating a Character~
If you would like to travel the Region of Tanko, you first have to create a character. Come here to do so. You have to wait until your character is accepted before you start to rp.

[ ]~Accepted Characters~
Once your character has been accpeted, it is moved here. Once your character is moved here, you can rp it.
00
[ ]~Trainer Cards~
I strongly suggest that once your character is accepted, you keep track of the pokemon it has met, battles won/lost, items, etc. You can put anything you want here but remember that it is a trainer card, not the full-on description that got your character accepted.
00
[ ]~Meeting up~Plots~
If you would like to create a plot for your charrie, or just meet up with another charrie for your's to travel with, come here. For meeting up, you have to put a link to your character's bio and where your character currently is. For a plot, you just have to write it down and say how many characters are needed.

[ ]~Slate Town~ (1 sub-board)
The starting town of the Tanko Region, Slate Town is small and smells like home-made cookies. Go to the lab and talk to prof.Maple to get your first Pokemon.

[ ]~Route 53~
It is hard for people to leave Route 53 since it is one of the nicest places in the Tanko Region. There is a field of sweet smelling flowers on both sides of the path. The sun here is almost always shining with a light breeze. A lot of bug Pokemon can be found here as well as quite a few bird Pokemon.
00
[ ]~Orange Sky City~ (1 sub-board)
Orange Sky City is a beautiful city. Everyone is happy and cheerful...and they all want to look good for their gym leader. Liess is a electric Pokemon gym leader. Although, she loves plants, and has a competition for the city...to make it look better. There is a contest hall there, although it is rarely used. Before you leave, stock up on items...It's a long way to Greengaze Villiage.

[ ]~Route 54~
Heading north out of Orange Sky City, you can find yourself on a steep rocky trail heading up onto a mountain. Once you get closer to the top, a large shadow creeps onto the trail. It is the Marshwood Forest. A lot of rock Pokemon can be found on this Route.
00
[ ]~Marshwood Forest~
This forest in the opposite of Route 53. On both sides of the path, there is a dark, damp, boggy forest. Be careful, there are a lot of pot holes in the path that are hard to see...If you step in one, you will have mud up to your waist. Dark, and Marsh Pokemon can be found here. Some trainers have also found a ghost Pokemon here.
00
[ ]~Greengaze Village~
The Greengaze villagers are odd...they wear wooden Pokemon masks with a cloak of leaves....when you walk into the village, they all stand there, meeting you with silent stares from behind their masks. They are an odd bunch. The leader is a user of grass-type Pokemon and only mumbles commands to his Pokemon while battling. No one knows his name. If you beat him in a battle, he will silently reward you with a badge.

[ ]~Route 55~
The easiest way down the other side of the mountain is Route 55...The river. If you don't have a different way of getting down, you will have to talk to the man in the boathouse...and ask him NICELY if you can borrow one of his rafts to get down the fast-flowing, raging river. Oh, did I mention the rapids? While going through the roughest part, someone might be able to see a mysterious cave on the side of the river. When you reach the bottom of the mountain, your raft will be caught in a net...and you will be helped out by the boatman...wait...how did he get there?
00
[ ]~Route 56~
Just what you need after being drenched with water...Route 56 is a nice trail leading through a green field of grass.
00
[ ]~GoldMagikarp Village~
These people must be related to the Greengaze villagers...although they aren't as excentric. They honour Magikarps here and believe that in weakness is power...since a weak Magikarp can evolve into a strong Gyarados. They offer fishing lessons here and will give you an old rod if they see that you can catch a Magikarp. The leader is an old lady that goes by the name, Serith. She specializes in water Pokemon.

[ ]~Route 57~
Yes, I will give you a break from the 'harshness'. Route 57 is a nice trail through a forest (that is not important enough to name). Everything is normal here...There is a lab here, deep in the forest, near the trail. They study the relations between trainers and their Pokemon (Don't ask me why they built the lab way out here). They would love it if you decided to drop by...they might even give your Pokemon a treat!
00
[ ]~Whitecake City~
Who names their city, Whitecake City? These people and Pokemon study nothing but how to cook. Poffins are handed out in the street and the best food in Tanko is found here. Their gym leader, Siv, is an expert on fire-type Pokemon. There is a contest hall here that brings in quite a crowd.

[ ]~Route 58~
Leaving Whitecake City, you are met with high cliffs and a black hole. There is one harness that is attached to a rope that can be used to scale the hole...there is no way to scale the cliffs unless you have a strong flying-type Pokemon (but what's the fun in that?). Inside the hole is total darkness. Unless you have a fire or electric Pokemon...or a Pokemon that can see in the dark and is kind enough to lead you blindly through. The path is pretty straight and if you have a good source of light, you'll see that it is dotted with Geodudes...and the top of the cave is covered in Zubats...all sleeping...I suggest that you stay quiet while going through here. There is a wide, bright exit at the end of the tunnel.
00
[ ]~Cliffside Town~
Exiting the tunnel, you will find yourelf in a small mining town called Cliffside Town. The leader, Coal, is a user of rock-type Pokemon.

[ ]~Trainer Lounge~
Want to relax? Meet other trainers? This is the place to come. The Trainer Lounge is a large building with a lobby full of sofa's and tables. It also has a battle stadium out back. In the lobby, there is also a stage that can be used if you would like to show off your Pokemon. This is sometimes used for contests.

[ ]~Adoptions~Daycare~ (2 sub-boards)
Come here to adopt a new Pokemon for your team or to drop one of your Pokemon off at the Daycare. Either way, the Pokemon will be happy!
